Service Agreement
Acceptance occurs upon written quote approval and deposit receipt.
Payment Terms
Balances are due upon project completion unless prior arrangements specify otherwise.

Detailed proposals define surfaces, colors and preparation included in each job.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must clear areas and provide access as outlined in the project plan.
Warranty Limitations
Coverage excludes damage from weather events or improper maintenance post-completion.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours of start date incur a preparation fee.
Liability
Company responsibility is limited to direct painting outcomes on agreed surfaces.
Dispute Resolution
Matters are first addressed through direct discussion before mediation.
Changes to Work
Additional requests require written change orders with adjusted pricing.
Compliance
All work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations for painting.
Governing Law
Terms fall under applicable state regulations for service contracts.
